We are RDSO approved Fabrication contractors who have carried out major Fabrication works of Railways like Road Over Bridges, Foot Over Bridges, Industrial Sheds, Cover Over Platforms, Pipe Line Bridge, and Water Tanks of structural steel since last 25 years. All steel structures Fabricated by us are of Highest Railway standards having Railway design/RDSO design and are also inspected by third party.

Manufacturing Unit
SPMPL has state of the art manufacturing facility in Palghar , Maharashtra. The Plant is fully kitted out with the latest machinery – CNC Cutting Machine, Cranes, SAW welding, Co2 Welding, Automatic Welding machines. etc. We have a capacity to deliver around 5000 MT of steel per year.

Composite Steel Girder
The rapid rate of road and Railway development in recent years has resulted in a massive necessity for Road over bridges (ROB) and Road Under Bridges (RUB). However, these structures would deter traffic on road or rail if conventional methods of construction are used. Steel girders save an enormous amount of time, effort and resources.
SPMPL Fabricates composite steel Girders from hot rolled steel. In order to fulfil the demands of discerning clients, we offer a wide range of mild steel and stain less steel plates, angles and channels that are precision engineered using a streamlined manufacturing process. Available in variety of grades, these MS and SS materials are known for their rust resistance and long lasting features. ROB / RUB and Railways
SPMPL specializes in fabrication and erection of composite steel Girdes for ROB and RUBs as per specifications set by the Indian Railways. The various sectors of the Indian Railways are now coming together to make way for a more effective structure. The new structure would standardize span arrangements and design for steel composite girders to reduce time and effort.
